License Terms for SoraKazeStudio
1. Personal Use License
Eligibility:
This license is available for individual creators and small teams with annual revenue or funding of not more than $100,000 in the last 12 months.
Scope of Use:
You may use the purchased digital asset packs for personal projects, including but not limited to personal websites, non-commercial video projects, and educational purposes.
You may modify the assets for your own use.
Restrictions:
The assets cannot be used in any commercial projects or applications.
You may not redistribute, sell, or share the modified or original assets in any form.
2. Professional Use License
Eligibility:
This license is intended for studios and entities with annual revenue or funding of over $100,000 in the last 12 months.
Scope of Use:
You may use the purchased digital asset packs for commercial projects, including games, applications, animations, and marketing materials.
You may modify the assets as needed for your projects.
Restrictions:
The assets cannot be resold, redistributed, or made available as standalone products, either in their original or modified forms.
You may not use the assets in a way that competes with SoraKazeStudio or its offerings.
3. General Terms for Both Licenses
Ownership:
All rights to the assets remain with SoraKazeStudio. Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership.
Termination:
Your license is valid until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, all usage must cease, and you must delete all copies of the assets.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify SoraKazeStudio against any claims arising from your use of the assets in violation of this Agreement.
4. Changes to License Terms
SoraKazeStudio reserves the right to modify these license terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the assets after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
