EULA (End User License Agreement)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee” or “User”) and SoraKazeStudio (“Licensor”) regarding the use of the digital asset packs purchased from the SoraKazeStudio website (the “Products”). By downloading, installing, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
SoraKazeStudio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Products solely for your personal or commercial projects, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Usage Rights
You may:
Use the Products in your projects, whether personal or commercial.
Modify the Products to suit your needs.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products or any modifications thereof.
Use the Products in a manner that competes with SoraKazeStudio.
Use the Products in illegal or unlawful activities.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Products, including all intellectual property rights, remain with SoraKazeStudio. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Products through your use of them.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies in your possession.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Products are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SoraKazeStudio does not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SoraKazeStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products, even if SoraKazeStudio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoraKazeStudio from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Products or any violation of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing law jurisdiction].
9. Changes to the Agreement
SoraKazeStudio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and SoraKazeStudio regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
